Our chalets are nestled among 50 acres of wilderness, with direct access to beautiful Lake Iona. Just 15 minutes from the village of North Conway and at the entrance to the White Mountains National Forest, welcome to a region full of adventure.
Ski
Work up a head of steam by taking on the slopes of Cranmore Mountain Resort or Attitash Mountain resort, offering well-groomed trails and breathtaking views – and both within a 30 minute drive of your chalet. Loon Mountain Resort is also easily accessible, located less than an hour away via the picturesque Kancamagus Scenic Byway.
Mountain activities
Non-skiers need not worry, as these resorts also offer tubing, winter ziplines, and a mountain coaster.
Ski and snowshoe trails
You can also enjoy the cross-country skiing, snowshoe trails, and ski lessons of the nearby Jackson XC. Whether you’re a cross-country veteran or a newcomer, it’s the perfect way to enjoy some winter exercise. And, with over 100km of trails dominated by views of Mount Washington and the iconic Presidential Ridge, it’s the perfect way to take in the winter scenery.
Echo Lake State Park
The nearby Echo Lake State Park (20 mins away) is a good location for winter hiking and skowshoeing, with beautiful views of nearby mountains. Enjoy a magical sleigh ride at Farm By The River B&B in North Conway.
Conway Village
Stroll through the streets of Conway Village and poke your head into the shops and cozy cafés.
Gastronomy
North Conway is where you’ll find the best local dining, ranging from Flatbread Company’s wood-fired pizzas to White Mountain Cider Company’s farm-to-table seasonal fare, to the breakfast diner classics of Peach’s Family Restaurant and beyond.
Ice Castles
Further afield lie New Hampshire’s breathtaking Ice Castles, showcasing multi-story ice sculptures and structures illuminated into the night, with slides and tunnels sure to entertain kids and impress adults.
